Return on investment from RPA vs. hidden costs

According to the classic definition - "return on investment from robotization" - is the net profit divided by the costs incurred. In the case of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), the profit can be calculated by subtracting the total costs incurred for robotization from the total cost of employing employees performing the same tasks.
